Introductory and Professional TFS Training

Microsoft’s Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) provides enhanced functionality for team-based projects and QuickLearn’s TFS training courses are tailored to several experience levels. QuickLearn even conveniently offers classes online, so that participants are not obligated to travel to the training center location in Washington.

Introductory TFS training classes include: DevOps using Visual Studio ALM 2015, Configuration and Administration and Developer Fundamentals (using Git and TFVC). Each course starts by familiarizing participants with the work environment before diving into a series of hands-on exercises, lectures and demonstrations designed to provide supervised experience in each specialized topic.

TFS Professional courses include: Developing ALM Solutions Using Visual Studio TFS 2015, Managing Agile Projects Using TFS 2015 and Software Testing Using Microsoft Test Manager 2015. Developing ALM Solutions is an all-inclusive look at Visual Studio TFS features and their use, allowing all participating team members to receive a bird’s eye view of project flow. Managing Agile Projects focuses on project management and the elements required to efficiently plan and initiate a project using TFS 2015. Software Testing focuses on use of Microsoft Test Manager 2015.
