What is BlueJeans? BlueJeans is a cloud based video conferencing solution. Thanks to this technology you can now join or host meetings from anywhere, via any device. BlueJeans cloud based video conferencing removes the need for a dedicated meeting space. This technology has changed the way organisations look at conferencing and meetings.

Easy to use

Bluejeans is so easy to use, you don’t need any new software or hardware to hold meetings with this solution. A BlueJeans account, a device that is video enabled with a link to the internet are the only things you need.

Signing up

Creating a BlueJeans account is quick and easy, it only takes a couple of minutes to create your BlueJeans account. Once you have your browser open you can easily start a BlueJeans meeting, you can schedule meetings or hold them at the last minute and you can invite anybody from any location regardless of their device.

All you need to do is send the people or person you want to engage with a link, they can then join your meeting via their browser. Before joining a meeting the attendees choose which device and video platform they want to connect with, that’s it. When the meeting is in progress you can record it, send and receive video to control the meeting. You can also share any content, zoom in , zoom out, share screens and much more.

What happened when we tested it

The Interact team decided to test this solution in house and no one had any difficulties when it came to setting up or joining meetings. The Interact team had many people located in different rooms and different locations, they were all online at once.
