The exquisite assortment brought to Philippe Faur the Grand Prix International d’Innovation in 2007.

9. Whiskey prune
Simmo’s in Australia use a secret recipe from Ireland to make their whiskey and prune flavored ice cream. in the process of creating this ice cream assortment they are mixing mascarpone cheese with whiskey-soaked prunes until it reaches a strong whiskey flavor.
10. Sichuan Pepper
Top Chef winner Keven Sbraga loves so much the Sichuan peppercorns that he decided to incorporate it in ice cream. The ice cream assortment is served with cherries jubilee dessert and pistachio cream.
