Who doesn’t love pasta? But we all know it’s not really healthy, with all the sauce and cheese and white wheat flour. This recipe is a great, healthy alternative for pasta lovers. All you need are these ingredients: whole grain pasta, kale, garlic, olive oil and tomatoes. Boil pasta according to the instructions, steam kale in a steamer. In a pan, pour some olive oil, add the garlic and tomatoes and let them cook for a few minutes. Then simply mix the ingredients and enjoy healthy pasta with kale.
#2. Kale Salad with Roasted Peppers and Olives
This unconventional salad will most likely change the way you see kale. What you need: kale, olives, peppers, garlic, olive oil and seasoning. Drizzle some olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. When it browns, add the kale, peppers and olives. Add some water and cook for another 8 minutes. Then scoop the ingredients onto a plate and enjoy!

A kale-spin on the traditional Spanish frittata, this meal is a delicious way to start your day. You will need eggs, salt, kale, cherry tomatoes, parmesan or Gruyere cheese. Whisk the eggs, pour them onto a skillet then add the tomatoes and the kale. Preheat your oven in the meantime. Add the rest of your ingredients to the frittata and transfer to the oven for another 20 minutes.
