Many people plan their dream vacation to the T, looking up places around the world, the best local foods, nightlife and so on. My plan here is to give you a Top 3 cities to visit in the world, with great food, nightlife, shopping and of course, sightseeing!
The Big Apple. The Empire State Building. The Statue of Liberty. The Museum of Natural History. The Met. Manhattan. Need I say more? New York is the crowning jewel of the USA, with its amazing nightlife and fabulous lifestyle. You can enjoy all the perks of being a New Yorker for a few days, whilst enjoying a latte in Central Park, going about Madison Square Garden and maybe get a bird eye view of the city from the Empire State Building. Not to mention all the shopping you can do on 5th Avenue! However, the fee for being a temporary New Yorker is quite high, New York being one of the most expensive cities in the world! So save up if you need to, because a few days there make for a dream vacation!
2. Dream Vacation in Vienna
The capital of Austria is surely one of the most beautiful places in Europe. With its marvelous architecture style, Vienna carries you through the years with styles varying from Baroque to Art Nouveau. Vienna is full of great places to visit, such as the Schonbrunn Castle, with its amazingly large gardens( you’d need a whole day to see it all)the amusement park- Prater where you can enjoy a kick of adrenaline. Besides being a great place for sightseeing, Vienna also offers a thrilling nightlife! If shopping is on your vacation to do list, don’t fret! Mariahilferstrasse offers a wide variety of shops and boutiques! Also, whilst in Vienna don’t forget to swing by Zanoni’s to enjoy a great dessert! Vienna is also quite expensive, but it will not burn a hole in your pockets!
3.Dream Vacation in Rio de Janeiro
An amazing city in Southern America, one of the largest cities in Brazil and without a doubt one of the most vibrant cities in the world! Lounge in the sun on the Ipanema beach, visit Corcovado to see the statue of Jesus, get lost in the Botanical Garden or in Tijuca National Park, wonder on the streets of the city, or if you’re lucky to go there in time for the Carnival, join the Samba and enjoy the city’s music. Grab a caipirinha and enjoy the freedom! Yet again, for visiting Rio you need quite a large sum of money because the economic growth of Brazil has led to a more expensive Rio over the past few years.
I must say, the list continues and it’s very long. There are many more beautiful and vibrant cities out there, just waiting to be visited. However, it’s my opinion that these three cities should be on everyone’s travel list, because they are vibrant, energetic and absolutely fabulous! Where would your dream vacation be?
