#6 Burj Khalifa, Dubai
The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world and offers an amazing panoramic view over the flat desert of Dubai. The building took seven years to complete and holds a number of other records, including the largest number of floors, the highest outdoor observation deck, and the tallest service elevator.

The photo shows us the craters marking the land which surrounds Lake Myvatn situated in Iceland. The southern part of the lake rests on lava that was emitted 2,000 years ago. The craters are continually formed as water trapped beneath the Earth’s surface turns to steam and explodes through the layer above.
